How long does it take to get my custom order using my own personal photo?

We take 24-48 hours to make most items, plus shipping time. We are excited for you to receive your order as soon as possible!

Do we gift wrap?

All items are wrapped either in bubble wrap or tissue. A bow can be placed on your item(s) with a generic card from you. Simply indicate in a few words the message you would like written by adding it the note area of your order. Also, you can request the invoice be mailed separately to you. There is no additional charge for this feature.

How much will shipping cost?

Your first item in your order is $9.95. Each additional item is $1.50 in the same order only. Oversized items require a separate quote. You will know which products are Oversized as this will be indicated immediately with the item as you order. Standard shipping is in the continental United States. Shipping out of the country will require a separate quote and as you know, we would enjoy speaking to you with your inquiry.

Will I be able to return &/or replace my order?

Due to the customization of your order using your own personal product, there are no returns. All sales are a final sale. Should an item break in shipping, all packaging is required to be kept when contacting the shipper. Your order(s) are insured. Please let us know should something happen in shipping.

Oops! I want to use another photo or sent the wrong photo!

This doesn’t happen very often. Orders are processed immediately. Your order cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted because of the customization and rapid processing.

Is My Privacy Protected?

We take your privacy very seriously and do not share your information. All measures we know of in protecting your personal information are taken. Your information is used to fill your order. Only your name, address, email and phone will be stored on our server. We use the highly regarded Authorize.net for credit and charge card processing and cannot see this information.
